摘要
针对某钢厂中温中压煤气锅炉过热器异物堵塞引起爆管原因进行了分析,着重分析了过热器堵塞异物形成原因,对当前锅炉存在影响安全运行隐患提出了解决方法,并对过热器堵塞爆管提出了预防和控制措施。
The causes of alien blockage in the superheater of medium -temperaturemedium-pressure gas boiler at some steel plant leading to pipe burst are analyzed, with theemphasis on the causes of foreign matter formation. Solutions for current potential risks tosafe operation of boiler are put forward. Preventive and control measures for pipe blockageand burst in superheaters are also recommended.
