摘要 利用纳米ZnO改性环氧树脂,研究改性后环氧树脂的拉伸、弯曲和冲击力学性能。试验结果表明,添加ZnO和纳米ZnO均能增加环氧树脂的拉伸强度与弯曲强度。两者的添加效果不同,ZnO添加量与EP的拉伸强度和弯曲强度成正比关系,而纳米ZnO的添加量与EP的拉伸强度和弯曲强度成反比。相同的添加量,纳米ZnO的效果明显优于ZnO;纳米ZnO含量达到4%时,EP的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度最大。 EP was modified with nano-ZnO. The influence of nano-ZnO content on the tensile, bending, and impact mechanicalproperties of EP, was investigated. The results showed that adding ZnO or the nano-ZnO could increase the tensile strength andbending strength of EP. The tensile strength and bending strength increased with the increase of ZnO content. However, the tensilestrength and bending strength first increased, and then decreased when the content of the nano-ZnO was increased. With the samecontent, the effect of nano-ZnO was better than ZnO. When the content of the nano-ZnO was 4%, the tensile strength, impact strengthand bending strength of EP was the maximum.
