摘要
通过加入高校社团并在各种社团活动中历练自己从而增强与成功就业有关的可雇佣性技能已是众多大学生加入高校社团的重要原因。基于此,对大学生的社团参与状况与其可雇佣性技能间关系机理的考察具有重要的实践价值。问卷调查研究结果表明,社团参与基本状况对大学生可雇佣性技能并没有显著影响效应,而社团参与质量、主动性人格均对可雇佣性技能及其各个维度具有显著的正向预测效应,并且在社团参与质量与可雇佣性技能之间主动性人格还起到正向的调节作用。因此,激发社团参与观念、安排相匹配社团任务、加强对社团人才的指导与关注,可以提升大学生可雇佣性技能水平。
It’s obvious that college students could successful enhance various employability skills throughparticipating all kinds of college student’s associations. Based on this, studying on the mechanism of collegestudents’ association participation behavior and employability skill has great practical significance. Through aquestionnaire research of 200 association participants from a comprehensive university, this paper indicates thatthe quality of college students’ association participation behavior and their level of proactive personality havesignificant positive predictive effect on the employability skills. In addition, between the relationship of associationparticipation quality and employability skill, the proactive personality also plays a role of moderator. In the end, thispaper also proposes some suggestions on improving the level of employability skills from the perspective of associationparticipation and proactive personality.
