脂血对Sysmex XS-1000i血液分析仪测定血常规主要指标的影响

目的探讨脂血对Sysmex XS-1000i血液分析仪测定血常规主要指标的影响。方法选取无溶血、黄疸、脂血的血液样本80例,平均分为4份,分别为A、B、C、D 4组。A组为对照组,B组为轻度脂血组,C为中度脂血组,D组为重度脂血组,各20例。采用Sysmex XS-1000i血液分析仪测定血常规,将测定结果与对照组进行对比分析。结果中度脂血组Hb[(155.60±9.62)g/L]、MCH[(33.12±1.55)pg/L]、MCHC[(346.28±3.69)g/L]与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度脂血组Hb[(166.82±16.12)g/L]、MCV[(97.95±2.88)f L]、MCH[(35.85±1.18)pg/L]、MCHC[(365.72±10.52)g/L]与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中重度脂血对Sysmex XS-1000i血液分析仪测定Hb、MCV、MCH、MCHC参数影响较大。

Objective To investigate the influence of lipemia on the main paraments of Sysmex XS-1000i hematology analyzer. Methods 80 samples without hemolysis, jaundice and lipemia were selected and divided into A, B, C, D groups. A group took no treated as the control group, and the other three groups were centrifuged under 1 000 r / min for 10 min, removing 5 μL plasma and adding 5 μL fat emulsion,10 μL in group C, 50 μL in group D. Than the levels of TG were determined by BECKMANAU 680 automatic biochemical analyzer, according to test results, 20 samples (TG 3.0-7.0mmol/L) were set as low lipemia group. 20 samples (TG 7.0-11.0mmol/L) were set as moderate lipemia group, 20 samples (TG>11.0mmol/L) were set as high lipemia group. The measurement results were compared with the control group. Results Comparing to the control, there were significant difference on Hb, MCV, MCH and MCHC in low lipemia group and high lipemia group (P<0.05). Conclusion High lipemia levels of blood can influence significantly the results of blood routine test by Sysmex XS-1000i analyzer, especially on Hb, MCV, MCH, MCHC.
