无黏土、高含量污水厂污泥烧制建筑材料性质及微观结构的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前污泥建材资源化研究中存在问题,对无黏土添加、高含量污水厂剩余污泥烧制建材烧结体的性质及其微观结构、矿物组成关系进行分析,并以此为依据讨论烧结体作为建材不同用途的可行性。通过实验分析可知,在不添加黏土等天然资源条件下,以高含量污水厂污泥为原料,不同配方和烧结制度下的烧结体有烧制普通烧结砖、透水材料、保温材料的可行性;对烧结体微观结构和矿物组成的分析有助于了解烧结过程和机理,有利于对烧制不同建材的烧结制度和物料配比进行调节,并为污泥烧制不同建材的可行性提供辅助依据。 In view of the problems in the research on utilization of making municipal sewage sludge to building ma?terials, this article studies on the relationship between the properties and microstructure and mineral composition offired bodies made by high content urban sludge, according to which the article discuss the feasibility of fired bodiesas building materials for different purposes. The experimental results show that, using high content of sewage sludgeas raw material without the addition of clay and other natural resources conditions, it is feasible to apply the firedbodies prepared by different formula and firing system as common brick, permeable materials and thermal insulationmaterial. The analysis of the fired microstructure and mineral composition is helpful to understanding the firing pro?cess and mechanism, the conducive to the adjustment of the firing system and the ratio of raw materials for differentapplication. Also the analysis provides the auxiliary basis for sludge the feasibility of using fired bodies as differentbuilding materials.
