摘要 砖瓦作为传统的建筑材料,一直有着不可取代的重要地位。随着建筑行业的快速发展,砖瓦的需求量随之增大,烧砖过程中排放的大气污染物也随之增多,从而加剧了大气环境的污染。由于砖瓦行业的污染越来越严重,使得国家环保部门对此高度重视,并对砖瓦行业大气污染物的排放重新制定标准。新的标准规定砖瓦工业企业大气污染物排放控制执行《砖瓦工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB29620-2013),排放要求更为严格,砖厂需要进一步重视烟气治理问题。本文主要针对现有的砖厂的运营问题,对于主要排放物二氧化硫,提出采用经济有效的双碱法脱硫工艺,使得砖瓦厂在最经济方式下达到国家新的环保标准。 As traditional building materials, brick and tile always play important roles and cannot be replaced.With the rapid development of the construction industry, the demand for brick and tile are increased and air pollut?ant emission in the process is also increased. Therefore, the pollution of the atmospheric environment is aggravated.Due to the brick and tile industry pollution is becoming more and more serious, it makes the government attachinggreat importance to environmental problem. And the government develops a new standard for emission of air pollut?ants of brick and tile industry which called“emission standard of air pollutants for brick and tile industry”. Thenthe factories need further attention to the problem of flue gas treatment. In this pepper, mainly for brick factory, foremissions of sulfur dioxide, the economical and effective dual Alkali FGD process makes brick and tile factories inthe most economical way issued to the country's new environmental standards.
