摘要
泵头体类箱体零件内孔的加工一直是困扰制造业的一个难题。以泵头体零件内孔的数控加工为例,介绍一种采用数控平旋盘对泵头体类零件内孔进行加工的方法,在数控铣床主轴上加接数控平旋盘,通过数控平旋盘径向与主轴深度方向的联动解决上述难题。
The processing of special- shaped inner holes of box- type parts is always a problem puzzling the manufacturing industry. With numerical control (NC) machining of the inner hole of pump- type parts as an example, this paper introduces a method of processing the inner hole of box-type parts through NC facing head.The facing head is fixed on the CNC milling machine shaft and works through a linkage between the head’s radial direction and the depth direction of the main shaft.
