“双创”视域下地方高校与创新型城市建设的互动--以南通大学为例

Interaction between Local Universities and Innovative City Building from the Perspective of Massive Entrepreneurship and Innovation by All——A Case Study on Nantong University

地方高校与创新型城市建设的互动机理表现为支撑与推动的关系,而这种互动关系效应的体现则需依托大众创业与万众创新("双创")的有效对接。以南通大学为例,提出"双创"在地方高校与创新型城市建设互动中的效应,即地方高校的"双创"策应和促进了创新型城市建设,创新型城市建设则催促和深化地方高校"双创"的展开。

The interactive mechanism between local universities and innovative city building represents a relationship of supporting and promoting,while the effects of this interactive relationship rely on an efficient connection of massive entrepreneurship and innovation by all. With Nantong University as an example,this paper discusses the effects of massive entrepreneurship and innovation by all in the interaction between local universities and innovative city building,i.e. the entrepreneurship and innovation of local universities coordinates and promotes the building of an innovative city,whereas the building of an innovative city propels and deepens the implementation of entrepreneurship and innovation of local universities.
