借助互联网而快速发展的分享经济给企业带来新的机遇的同时也对企业管理提出了新的要求。分享经济背景下人力资源管理遭遇的挑战可从组织内部管理的灵活性、薪酬模式的多元化、绩效管理体系的公平性、注重构建开放式文化等4个角度去探讨应对方案。
Sharing economy developing rapidly with Internet has brought new opportunities to the development of enterprises and new challenges to enterprise management as well. Enterprises can cope with the challenges from the perspectives of flexible internal management,diversified salary system, proper performance management mechanism and the construction of an open corporate culture.
