摘要
行动导向教学和翻转课堂对我国当前的职业教育改革产生了较大的影响,针对两种教学模式在实践操作层面上的困境,分析了行动导向教学和翻转课堂的内涵及实施现状,阐释了行动导向教学与翻转课堂相结合的理论及实践基础;在行动导向教学六步法和Robert Talbert的翻转课堂结构图的基础上,结合当前职业教育的现状绘制了在翻转课堂中实施行动导向教学的路线图;从教学方案设计、反思性学习的作用等方面指出了在翻转课堂中实施行动导向教学应当注意的问题。
Both action- oriented teaching and flipped classroom have significant effects on current vocational education reform in China. In view of problems arising from the practice of these two teaching methods,this paper proposed an integration of action-oriented teaching and flipped classroom in the teaching practice. Based on an analysis on the connotations and implementation of these two teaching methods, the paper clarified the theoretical and practical basis for the integration,and presented a classroom teaching diagram for implementing actionoriented teaching in a flipped classroom based on the current vocational education situations. Issues needing attention were given in terms of teaching plan revision and reflective learning.
