影响煤液化项目经济性的因素及分析

Affecting Factors and Analysis about Coal Liquefaction Project Economical Efficiency

近几年来，煤液化的经营环境发生了一些变化，布伦特原油价格2016 年初跌破30 美元/桶，成品油消费税完成三级跳，煤价徘徊在200~300 元/t 的低价位水平，各项因素快速变化，使得煤液化项目经济不确定性增加。本文通过搭建经济分析模型，对不同因素对项目经济性的影响，进行了定量分析和研究，并就此提出煤液化产业发展建议。

In recent years,coal liquefaction's operation environment had changed. Brent crude oil prices fellbelow $30 / barrel in the beginning of 2016, refined oil consumption tax complete the triple jump, coalprices hovering at the 200 ~ 300 yuan / ton low price levels,rapid changes of every factors increased coalliquefaction project economic uncertainty. This paper carries out quantitative analysis and research about theeffects of different factors on project by establishing the economic analysis model and puts forward some sug?gestion on the development of coal liquefaction industry.
