摘要 补连塔选煤厂针对新建2^(-2)煤系统生产能能力不足,系统工艺故障多,实际运行达不到设计预期,精煤脱介筛卡堵严重,重介质旋流器跑煤严重等一系列问题,进行了系统分析与优化改造。改造后,系统的灵活性、稳定性、生产效率和产品质量都有提高,每年可为企业降本增效5000万元。 Bulianta coal preparation plant conducts system analysis and optimal transform for a series of prob?lems:new 2-2 coal production system's insufficient production capacity,many failures of the process system,the actual operation fall flat to the expected design,serious clean coal sculping screen blocking and heavymedium hydrocyclones coal leakage. After transformation,flexibility,stability of the system,productivity andproduct's quality had got improved,50 million annual profits has been obtained.
