摘要 本文介绍了神华粤电珠海港煤炭码头为实现精细化配煤工艺而开展的专项研究和应用。通过对配煤流程皮带秤测速托辊的改造、采用更为先进的阵列式皮带秤、加强对皮带秤校准的管理、改进远程数据传输以及采用移动式铺煤装船作业方式,实现多线精细化配煤工艺。配煤作业过程中,堆场皮带秤精度能够达到1%,结算皮带秤精度能够达到0.2%,并以简易、便捷的方式提高配煤作业人员操作的容错率,保证配煤热值满足下游客户要求,此举不但提升了公司的经营业绩,并且开拓了公司销售渠道。 This paper introduces Shenhua Yuedian Zhuhai Port Coal Terminal's research and application inorder to achieve fine coal blending technology. Through the belt balance tachometer's reforming of coal blend?ing process,adopting array type belt balance which is more advanced,strengthening the management of beltbalance's calibration,improving the remote data transmission and the use of mobile coal paving shipment toachieve the multi line fine coal blending process. In the process of coal blending operation,the accuracy ofstorage yard belt balance can reach 1%,and the accuracy of settlement belt balance can reach 0.2%. Weimprove the fault-tolerant rate of the driver's operation with a convenient way so as to ensure the calorificvalue deviation of coal blending's product can meet the coal blending quality demand of downstream custom?ers. This does not only enhances our company's business performance but also expands our company's saleschannels.
