Five Development Ideas and Strategies of Cultural Industry

十八届五中全会提出了"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的五大发展理念,为文化产业发展指明了方向,也赋予文化产业发展以新内涵和新要求。重构文化产业发展战略,要在五大发展理念下,强化文化原创力提升战略,实施文化区域发展平衡战略,深化文化产业结构调整战略,完善文化"走出去"战略,推进文化扶贫攻坚战略。

The fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed The development idea of “innovation, harmony, green, open and share”, This paper argues that the implementation of the five concepts for development, will inevitably require the reconstruction of cultural industry development strategy, such as strengthen the culture of the original force promotion strategy; the implementation of cultural regional development balanced strategy; to deepen the strategic adjustment of industrial structure of culture; to improve the culture “going out” strategy; to promote the strategy of giving aid to the poor through culture.
