摘要 目前,国内L-缬氨酸工业化生产还存在着许多问题,例如:产酸率低、杂酸比例高、易染菌等,这与日本等国的生产水平还有较大差距。本文归纳了国内缬氨酸产业化过程采取的一些方法,对于L-缬氨酸大规模工业化生产具有一定的参考意义。 At present, domestic L-valine industrial production still exist many problems, for example: acid production rate low, heteropolyacid ratio is high, easy to be infected by bacteria and other, the production level of this with Japan and other countries there is a large gap. This papersums up the domestic valine industrialization process to adopt some methods, for the large-scale industrial production of L-valine has certain referencesignificance.
