长庆油田原油不加热集输工艺分析 被引量:4

摘要 石油工业的发展要追溯到第二次工业革命,石油的开采和利用给社会生活带来极大的方便,随着社会的发展,石油开采技术也有了长足的发展。长期以来,气技术处理在原有生产总能耗中占有相当大的份额,其值约为35%。电能、热能属于所耗能量范畴,其在油田节能中居于核心地位。油气集输流程由四个工艺阶段(集油、脱水、稳定、运输)构成。油气集输主要消耗转油能、集油能、脱水能、原油稳定处理能。根据调查结果显示,集油能耗在总能耗中所占比例为70%左右。由此可见,降低集油能耗对实现集输流程节能目标具有重要的意义。就集输流程能耗而言,其主要体现于动力、热能方面,动力能耗所占比例约为6%,热能能耗作所占比例约为93.5%。据统计,石蜡基易凝原油是我国多数油田的主产产品。为确保原油具备良好的流动性及集输流程顺畅,油田气加热技术流程在以往油气集输系统中较为常用。 The development of oil industry can date back to the period of Second Industrial Revolution, and the exploitation and utilization ofoil bring great convenience to the social life,besides, with the development of the society, oil drilling technology has made considerable development.For a long time, the oil gas technology processing covers a large share of the total energy consumption of crude oil production,with a value of about35%. Electric energy and thermal energy, belong to energy category,and it is in core place of the oil field energy-saving.The process of oil-gas gatheringand transportation is made up with four phases (oil gathering, dehydration, stability, transportation). The main consumption of oil-gas gathering andtransferring are oil-producing energy,oil-gathering energy,dehydration energy and crude oil stabilizing-treatment energy. The survey results show thatthe percentage of oil-gathering energy consumption in total energy consumption is around 70%,from which, we can know that reducing oil-gatheringenergy consumption has an important significance for achieving the goal of energy-saving in gathering and transferring process. In terms of gatheringand transferring process energy consumption, it mainly reflects in the aspects of power and thermal energy, besides, the percentage of power energyconsumption is about 6% and the percentage of heat energy consumption is about 93.5%. In order to ensure the good fluidity and smooth gathering andtransferring process, the heating technology for oil field gas is common seen in previous oil and gas gathering and transferring system.
