往复式压缩机是工业生产的重要设备,设备故障对生产和运行带来巨大的影响。随着使用时间增加,往复式压缩机容易出现设备异常振动、仪表检测设备不完善、换热效果差、吸排量不足等问题。以220kt/a往复式甲烷制冷压缩机运行过程中出现的问题及其原因进行分析,提出维护设备的措施。

Reciprocating type compressor is one of the important equipments in industrial production and equipment failure will bringenormous impact on the production and operation. As the time increasing, reciprocating type compressor will have some problems of equipmentabnormal vibration, imperfect testing equipment for instrument, bad heat exchange effect, inadequate absorption and discharge capacity etc. Takingthe 220 kt/a reciprocating type methane refrigeration compressor as one example to take analysis on the problems in the operation process and thereason for the problems, besides, it put forward measure for the maintenance of equipment.
