九江石化总加工流程的分析

摘要 九江石化实施800万吨/年油品质量升级改造工程选择"重油加氢+催化裂化"加工路线,配以新建常减压、加氢裂化、渣油加氢和煤制氢等装置。梳理九江石化800万吨/年油品质量升级改造工程实施后的总加工流程,着重对含硫重油加工方案、全产加氢能力以及实现炼化一体化进行分析。 The project of 8 million tons/year oil product quality upgrading of Jiujiang petrochemical chooses the processing route of ‘heavy oilhydrogenation+ catalytic cracking’, with the devices of new decompression, hydrocracking, residual oil hydrogenation and coal hydrogen manufacturing,etc. Comb the general process flow after the implementation of 8 million tons/year oil product quality upgrading of Jiujiang petrochemical and takeanalysis emphaticly on the sulfur-containing heavy oil processing scheme, full capacity of hydrogenation and the integration of refining and chemical.
