摘要 作为一种清洁的可再生资源,风力发电已成为一种必然的趋势。然而在东北、内蒙、华北等中国的风力发电大区常出现极端低温天气。低温下润滑油的流动性会受到很大影响从而会使得齿轮箱不能得到润滑,导致风电机出现故障报警现象。本文即详细介绍了润滑油的低温流动性及其有可能带来的风电机齿轮箱故障问题并给出了解决方案。 As a kind of clean and renewable resources, wind power generation has become an inevitable trend. However, in the wind powergeneration places such as Northeast China, Inner Mongolia and north China often have the extremely cold weather.In low temperature, the liquidityof lubricating oil will be badly affected thus it makes gear box can't get lubrication and causes fault alarm phenomenon for wind turbine motor. In thispaper, it makes a detail analysis of the low temperature fluidity of lubricating oil and the problems that may cause wind turbine gear case malfunctionproblem, finally, the solution is given.
