摘要
本实验以红色龙睛金鱼为试验对象,在实验饲料当中分别添加0%、1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%浓度的酪氨酸。实验金鱼共分5个组,进行52天的养殖实验,且每个实验组下设置3个平行组。实验结束后,对实验鱼进行体色和生长指标的测量。结果表明,添加了不同浓度的酪氨酸的实验组饲料对龙睛金鱼体色有显著影响(P<0.05),并且各实验组饲料都对龙睛金鱼的生长起到了促进的作用。
In this experiment, taking red telescope goldfish as test object, it adds respectively tyrosine with concentration of 0%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%,1.5% into fodder.Experimental goldfish are divided into five groups with 52 days of breeding experiment, besides, it sets up three parallel groups undereach experimental group.After the experiment, taking measurement on the body color and growth indicators of experiment fish . Results show that thegroup fodder in which add different concentrations of tyrosine has a significant effect(P < 0.05) on the body color of telescope goldfish, and the fodderin each group plays an important role in promoting the growth of telescope goldfish.
