摘要
中韩乙烯JPP聚丙烯装置采用日本HORIZONE气相法聚丙烯工艺技术生产抗冲共聚物时,因穹顶粉料结块,多处严重堵塞导致装置停工。本文分析了气相反应器结块的原因,并据结块原因对相关参数作了适当的调整,对相关操作进行了优化。
China and South Korea ethylene JPP polypropylene plant using the Japanese HORIZONE gas phase polypropylene processtechnology to produce anti impact copolymer, due to the dome powder agglomerate, a number of serious blockage leading to device downtime. In thispaper, the reasons for the agglomeration of the gas phase reactor are analyzed, and the relevant parameters are adjusted appropriately according tothe cause of the agglomeration.
