摘要
长庆油田分公司第一采油厂张渠集中处理站日处理液量在2200m3左右,投加的破乳剂为XL型破乳剂,该站多次出现乳化层高,溢流口含水超标,且该站年使用破乳剂用量达170吨,生产成本高。经过对来油分析、加药流程调查、药品实验等找出了影响破乳效果的可能因素,并据此对14种破乳剂进行室内实验评价,对筛选出的HDS-41型破乳剂进行了现场应用,在保证沉降罐溢流口原油含水小于0.03%时,投加浓度降低为原来的一半,处理后水质达标,取得了显著效果。
The daily processing fluid volume of the first oil production plant--Zhangqu Central Treatment Station of Changqing Oilfield Branch Company is about 2200 m3, and the dosing demulsifier is XL type demulsifier.This station often has the problems of high emulsion layer and exceeding water content in overflow port, besides, the dosage of the used demulsifier per year can reach up to 170 tons with a high production cost.By oil analysis , dosing process investigation and drug experiment to find out the possible factors influencing the effect of demulsification, besides,according to this, take indoor experiment evaluation on the 14 kinds of demulsifier and take field application for the selected HDS - 41 type demulsifier.In the condition that the water content in crude oil of settling tank overflow port is less than 0.03%, reduce the additive concentration to half of the original and after the processing, the water quality reaches the standard level and gets a significant effect.
