摘要
本文以某长输天然气管道压气站的设计为例,简单介绍其进出站管线应力分析的方法、步骤、原理,根据管道参数及相应设计基础数据,以BS分输压气站为例进行进出站管线在多种载荷情况下的应力分析,验证进出站管线走向和安装结构合理性,并根据应力计算结果提出合理建议。
In this paper, a long distance natural gas pipeline compressor station design, for example, a brief introduction of its import and station pipeline stress analysis method, the step, principle, according to the pipeline and corresponding design parameters based on the data, to BS branch pipeline compressor station as an example to carry out import and station pipeline under various load conditions of stress analysis and verification of import and station pipeline trends and mounting structure of rationality, and according to the stress calculation result to put forward reasonable suggestions.
