摘要 LWD随钻测井系统,是一项广泛应用于石油产业勘探开发的测井技术,其中井下测量是该技术的重要组成部分,井下测量过程中,由于工作环境的恶劣性,极易造成测量仪器故障,给财产和工作人员的生命安全带来威胁,本文首先介绍了LWD随钻测井系统井下仪器,然后从电路接触不良、密封圈失效以及电磁波发射及接收天线障碍三种故障类型出发,介绍其常见的故障现象、分析故障成因,解析故障监测过程,最后提出了解决故障的手段,以期抛砖引玉,对于同行有所帮助。 LWD logging-while-drilling system is one widely used logging technology in the exploration and development of petroleum industry,in which the downhole measurement is an important part of the technology. For the downhole measurement process, the poor working environment is easy to cause measuring instrument malfunction and brings threat to the property and staff's life safety. This paper first introduces downhole instrument of LWD logging-while-drilling system, and then starting from three malfunction types of bad circuit contact, seal ring failure, electromagnetic wave emission and receiving antenna malfunction, introduces its common failure phenomenon, analyze the failure monitoring process and finally puts forward the methods of solving the malfunction in order to provide help for the same profession by throwing out a minnow to catch a whale.
