摘要
热采技术作为一项成熟、有效的稠油开采技术已在国内外稠油油田得到了广泛应用。但是海上稠油热采受到海上平台作业甲板面积、承重及吊机起吊能力等条件限制,要求热采设备必须小型高效化。本文介绍了一种适合海洋潮湿环境下新型的小型化高效蒸汽发生系统,该系统采用立式螺旋盘管模块化设计,可快速、连续产生高干度蒸汽,并且单撬重量均小于9吨,对比同等吨位常规蒸汽发生系统,该系统占地面积、重量均减少1/3,并采用蒸汽在线吹灰、干度在线监测和烟气余热回收技术,有效的保证了系统各项指标高于常规蒸汽发生系统。
Thermal recovery technology, as a mature and effective thickened oil mining technology, has been widely used in thickenedoil fields both at home and abroad.But seaborne thickened oil thermal recovery is limited by offshore platform operation deck area, bearing and crane elevating capacity constraints so the thermal recovery equipment must be small, efficient.This paper introduces one new-style pintsizedand highly efficient steam generating system suiting for wet marine environment, and this system adopts the vertical spiral coil modular design and it can rapidly and continuously produce steam with high degrees,besides, the single pry weight is less than 9 tons, compared to the conventional steam generating system with the same tonnage, the floor space and weight of this system reduce by 1/3, except for that, it adopts the technology of steam onlinesoot blowing, on-line dryness monitoring and flue gas waste heat recovery, which effectively guarantee the index of system higher than conventional steam generating system.
