摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展与进步,科学技术的不断改革与创新,化工行业发展得到了质的飞跃。低温甲醇洗工艺作为现代化工体系中脱碳、脱硫手段的重中之重,是一个必不可缺的关键部分,它具备了良好的净化能力和选择性,通过充分利用低温甲醇的特性,实现对各种酸性气体的溶解作用。虽然当前低温甲醇洗工艺得到了多次的创新和完善,但是仍然存在着一定程度的节能优化改进空间。本文将进一步对低温甲醇洗工艺节能优化展开分析与探讨,总结出低温甲醇洗工艺的具体节能办法。 With the continuous development and progress of social economy, the continuous reform and innovation of science and technology, the development of chemical industry has got a qualitative leap.Cool methanol absorption technology, as the priority among priorities of decarburization and desulfuration technology in modern chemical industry system, is one key part of the essentials,which has a good purification ability and selectivity, by utilizing the characteristics of low temperature methanol, to achieve the dissolution function of various kinds of acidic gas.Though the cool methanol absorption technology gets many times of innovation and perfection, it still has certain degree of improvement space of energy saving and optimization.This article will take further analysis and discussion on the energy saving and optimization of cool methanol absorption technology and sum up the specific energy-saving measures of cool methanol absorption technoloy.
