钢渣预处理含铬模拟废水的试验研究

摘要 以铬模拟废水为处理对象,主要研究了六大影响因素钢渣粒径、钢渣用量、钢渣与污水接触时间、废水中铬浓度、溶液p H值以及温度对钢渣吸附铬去除率的影响。结果表明,在钢渣粒径为74μm,用量为4.0g,接触时间为60min,废水中含铬浓度为100mg/L,以及废水p H为6,温度为30℃时,钢渣对六价铬的吸附去除率较高,可达到45%以上。成本低廉的钢渣作为吸附剂,对铬有较好的去除效果,是铬废水处理的良好方法,值得进一步研究与推广。 Chromium in simulated wastewater as treatment object, mainly studies the six major factors affecting the particle size, the dosage of steel slag, steel slag and steel slag in waste water sewage contact time, chromium concentration, solution pH value and the influence of temperature on the adsorption of chromium steel slag removal rate. Results show that the steel slag particle size is 74 microns, the dosage is 4.0 g, for 60 min contact time, the waste water containing chromium concentration of 100 mg/L, and waste water pH is 6, the temperature of 30 ℃, the adsorption of hexavalent chromium steel slag removal rate is higher, can reach more than 45%. Cost of steel slag as adsorbent, has good removal effect on chromium, chromium waste water treatment is a good method, deserves further research and extension.
