浅谈松散砂砾岩地层钻井取心工艺

Discussion the Stratum Drilling Coring Technology of Loose Glotenite

本文对渤海特殊地层取心难点进行了分析:浅层明下段、馆陶组地层岩性疏松,且不均质含砾;地层破碎,软硬交错频繁,这都是导致取心收获率低的主要原因。针对取心难点,对取心工具进行了优选,并优化了特殊地层取心工艺技术措施,最终在北2井连续取心作业中获得了满意的取心效果。

In this article, the exsistent coring problems of special stratum in Bohai sea are summerized. The results show that the Minghuazhen and Guantao formation are loosen and solid, and heterogeneity inclued gravel. It has the characterastics of low sement strength and fracture and the loose sand formation and clay formation exchange frequently and exsist the homogeneous in rock hardness. So it is dificult to recover cores from this block. In view of the difficulties in coring operation, the coring tool including the drilling techniques optimized and the coring job was successfully finished in north well2.
