Analysis of Corrosion Types and Anti-corrosion Method for Oil Delivery Pipeline

输油管道是油田生产、油气运输过程中的重要设备,在输油管道的长期使用过程中,管道的腐蚀是一个常见的问题,尤其是一些埋入地下的管道,腐蚀程度比较严重,如果不能做好防腐,则会缩短输油管道的使用寿命,对输送油品的质量会有较大的影响,而且还有可能会造成环境污染。本文对输油管道的腐蚀种类、腐蚀产生的原因以及防腐的方法进行分析和探讨,旨在提高输油管道的使用效率。

Oil delivery pipeline is the important equipment in the process of oilfield production, oil and gas transportation, and in the long-term use process of oil delivery pipeline, the pipeline corrosion is a common problem,especially for the buried pipelines, which has a serious corrosion degree, if the corrosion work cannot be done very well, the life of oil delivery pipelines will be shortened, and the quality of the oil products transmission will be influenced greatly, furthermore environmental pollution will be caused.In this paper, it takes analysis and discussion on the corrosion types, corrosion reason and anticorrosion methods of oil delivery pipeline and the aim is to improve the service efficiency of oil delivery pipeline.
