摘要
生化微生物处理技术是21世纪具有发展潜力的一种采出水处理技术,它采用培养专性菌对采出水中的多种烃类及其它有机物的复杂混合物进行代谢降解,去除采出水中的含油、有机物,降解CODcr。本项目通过处理工艺、专性菌培养、悬浮物、细菌、含氧控制等研究,根据采出水悬浮物含量的组份特征,将生化微生物处理技术应用于油田采出水处理回注,并针对处理后水质的组份情况,对处理流程进行优化研究,将溶解氧及细菌含量控制在指标范围以内,处理后水质指标严格控制在注入水水质指标要求范围以内,减少了对环境的影响,该技术在吐哈油田污水处理工艺中广泛应用。
Biochemical microbial treatment technology is one produced-water processing technology with development potential in 21stcentury, it cultivates obligate bacteria to take metabolism and degradation for various hydrocarbons and other complex mixtures of organic matterin produced water in order to remove the organic matter containing oil in produced water and degrade CODcr. This project, by researches ofprocessing craft, obligate bacteria cultivation, suspended solids, bacteria, oxygen-contained control and according to the components characteristicsof suspended solids content in produced water,applies the biochemical microbial treatment technology to the reinjection of produced water fromoilfield,besides,according to the components situation of water quality after handling,takes optimization research on the treatment process and controlthe content of dissolved oxygen and bacteria in the index range.The indicator of processed water quality is controlled strictly within the range requiredby the water quality index of injected water,which reduces the impact on the environment and this technology is widely used in Tuha oilfield sewageprocessing technology.
