摘要
随着社会的进步和经济的发展,全球石油资源越来越短缺,而我国煤炭资源储存量丰富。因此,利用煤液化技术使煤炭液体化产生的煤液油代替原油进行加氢改质工艺很大程度上提高了资源的利用率,同时促进企业经济效益的提高。文章首先对作为煤直接液化项目中的主要生产装置的加氢改质装置进行了简要叙述;然后根据加氢改质装置工艺的设计路线的特点,提出了该装置工艺路线并给出了该装置设计流程图;最后,又从操作条件、氢油的比例、机泵设备的运行效率、催化剂的选择、加热炉热效率及精益化管理六个方面对加氢改质装置节能降耗优化操作进行了详细分析。
With the social progress and economic development, the global oil resources become more and more short-handed, however,the reserves of China’s coal resources is rich. Therefore, utilize the coal liquefaction technology to replace the crude oil with the coal liquid oil produced by coal liquefaction, and then to take the hydro-upgrading process, which gets a largely improvement on the use efficiency of resources, meanwhileit improves the economic efficiency of enterprises. This article takes brief narration on the hydro-upgrading unit, the main production unit indirectcoal liquefaction project , and then according to the characteristics of design method of hydro-upgrading unit technology, it puts forward theprocessroute and shows the design flowchart of this unit. Finally, it takes detailed analysis on the optimized operation of energy-saving and cost-reducingfor hydro-upgrading unit, from six aspects of operating conditions, ratio of hydrogen and oil, operation efficiency of the pump equipment, selection of catalyst, thermal efficiency and lean management of heating furnace.
