摘要 在传统的聚氯乙烯工行业中,生产电石法聚氯乙烯的时候会把高汞作为催化剂,这样不仅仅消耗了大量的汞资源,还会造成严重的汞类污染,严重破坏了生态平衡,对于聚氯乙烯行业的可持续发展也造成了严重的影响,所以在电石法路氯乙烯生产中废水的处理工作是非常重要的,要不断的降低电石法聚氯乙烯在生产中的汞污染才能促进企业的健康发展,在解决废水处理中要选择正确的工艺,保证每一项废水的出水水质,最大限度的提高废水回收的利用率,企业在提高了经济效益的同时也加强了社会效益,取得一个双赢的状态。 In the traditional foundry industry of polyvinyl chloride, people will take high mercury as a catalyst when produce calcium carbide method polyvinyl chloride, which not only consumes a lot of mercury resources, but also causes serious mercury pollution, seriously damage the ecological balance and lead to serious influence to the sustainable development of polyvinyl chloride industry. So the waste water treatment work in the production of calcium carbide method polyvinyl chloride is very important,and only by reducing the mercury pollution in the production of calciumcarbide method polyvinyl chloride, can we promote the healthy development of the enterprise, besides, in the course of solving waste water treatment problems, we need to choose the right technology to ensure the water quality of each waste water effluent, and increase the utilization rate of wastewater recycling,so that the enterprises cannot only improve the economic benefits, but also strengthen the social benefits,and achieve a win-win state.
