摘要
在MTP装置中,∑C5+主要是以循环烃形式回反应器控制床层温度。∑C5+含量直接影响LPG产品的汽化和目的产物收率。故LPG出装时要严格控制∑C5+含量。本文对LPG样∑C5+含量超标原因进行深入分析,结果表明,脱丁烷塔顶冷凝器换热效果直接影响∑C5+去向。
In MTP device, Σ C5 + mainly take the reactorback in cyclic hydrocarbon form to control the bed temperature. The Σ C5 + contentdirectly affect the vaporization of LPG products and target product yield coefficient,so we should strictly control the Σ C5 + content when the LPG ispacked.In this paper, it takes deep analysis of the reason for the exceeding LPG sample Σ C5 + content,and the results show that the the heat transfereffect of debutanizer condenser directly affect the performance of Σ C5 +.
