银菘香合剂的体外抗病毒作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究中药合剂"银菘香"的抗多种病毒活性及其潜在机制。方法检测该复方在体外对甲型流感病毒FM1株(HPR8株(H1N1亚型)、副流感病毒1型(PIV-1)、单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、柯萨奇病毒B族4型(Cox B4)的抗病毒作用,并通过液相蛋白芯片技术检测"银菘香"对流感病毒诱导的A549细胞的11种炎性因子释放的影响,分析其潜在作用机制。结果研究显示"银菘香"对上述5种病毒均具有一定的抑制作用;"银菘香"可显著降低流感病毒诱导的A549细胞多种细胞因子如IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α、IFN-g和GM-CSF的释放(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论"银菘香"具抗一定病毒活性,其潜在机制可能与其抑制病毒诱导的多种炎症因子释放,减轻炎症损伤有关。 Objective To explore the antiviral activities and mechanism in vitro of the Yin-song-xiang. Methods The virusinhibition effects of Yinsongxiang on influenza A virus FM1 strain (strain of HPR8 (H1N1) subtype), parainfluenza virus 1 (PIV-1), HSV-1 infected (HSV-1), chimpanzee coryza agent (RSV), coxsackie B virus 4 (CoxB4) were examined in vitro , and the effects ofYinsongxiang to the release of inflammatory cytokines induced by influenza viruses were detected through multiplex bead analysisand its underlying mechanisms were analyzed. Results Research showed Yinsongxiang had a certain inhibition effect on the 5 kindsof viruses. Yinsongxiang could significantly reduce the release of various cytokines such as IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-a,IFN-g and GM-CSF (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) of A549 cells induced by influenza virus. Conclusion Yinsongxiang had inhibitioneffects on the 5 virus. Its potential mechanism may be related to its inhibition on the release of various inflammatory factorsand alleviation on inflammatory injury.
