Pharmaceutical Care Practice of Proton Pump Inhibitors and Its Interactions with Other Drugs

目的为临床药师开展基于药物相互作用的药学监护提供参考。方法结合临床药师在临床实践中监护的质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)与其他药物的相互作用实例,探讨如何开展以药物相互作用为切入点的临床药学服务,以避免药物相互作用引起的药效降低及不良反应的发生。结果与结论临床药师必须深入临床,提高职业敏感性,及时发现潜在的药物相互作用并给予干预,发挥临床药师所具备的药学专业优势,保证患者用药安全。

Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists to carry out drug-drug interactions based medicationmonitoring. Methods In clinical practice, clinical pharmacists often encounter drug-drug interaction instances of protonpump inhibitors (PPIs) with other drugs, the investigation in how to carry out clinical pharmacy care considering of medicineinteractions as the main point helps to avoid reduced potency and adverse drug reactions due to medicine interactions. Results &Conclusion Only through participating in the clinical work, discovering potential drug-drug interactions and giving interventionson time, patient’s medication can be ensured safely. The clinical pharmacists must improve occupational sensitivity and find theright way to make full use of expertise and advantage.
