基于PBL的床旁教学模式在临床夜间见习中的运用

临床见习是理论联系实际的桥梁,培养医学生至关重要。临床夜间见习是我校临床医学院避开医疗工作高峰期,为本科医学生所开设的见习课程,以培养学生临床思维及实践能力。随着夜间见习课程的逐渐完善,见习的教学质量日益受到重视,在不断地探索中,以PBL为基础的床旁教学模式逐渐被应用于见习教学中,该方法激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的临床思维,加强了其人际交往与语言表达能力。

Clinical practice is the bridge of theory with practice,to cultivate medical students is very important.Clinical trainee at night is a practice course,which is our clinical medical colleges avoiding the crest-time of medical work,establishing for undergraduate medical students,to cultivate their clinical thinking and practical ability.As trainee program at night gradually perfect,the practice teaching quality is becoming more and more attention,in constant exploration,the teaching mode Based on PBL by the bed has been applied gradually in clinical noviciate teaching,which inspiring the interest in learning of students,cultivating their clinical thinking and strengthen the interpersonal communication and language expression ability.
