浅析高职学生入学之初如何进行职业定位与规划

在现今这个节奏飞快的时代,很多时候我们都只是匆匆往前赶却忽略了自己前行的目的地,不知道自己想要的未来是什么样的,对未来充满了迷茫。虽然每一个步入大学校门的大学生,都对自己将来的职业有一份期许,有的是想实现自己的梦想,有的是想创造更多的金钱,但大多数学生都像是大海上的一叶扁舟,不知该如何实现这份美好的期许,而职业定位与规划就如同黑夜里的一盏明灯,为我们指引航向,引领我们驶往成功的彼岸。本文通过笔者自身的学习和经验简单的从自我定位,认识自己、了解所学,认识专业、细化目标,制定计划、客观评价,研究环境、设定规划,遵循规则等几个方面对新入学的同学们做一个简单的指导。

In the current era of the frantic pace,many times we are in a hurry to push ignores your destination,don't know what they want in the future,full of confusion about the future. Although each college school students,have a expectations for his future career,have a plenty of to achieve their dreams,to create more money,but most of the students are like a boat on the sea,don't know how to achieve the good wishes,and career orientation and planning as a light in the darkness,for us to guide the course,the other side of the lead us to success. In this paper,the author simply their own learning and experience from self-image,know yourself and understand what they have learned,know the specialized,refined,target,plan,objective evaluation,research environment,set the planning,to follow the rules in new entrance of the aspects of the students do a simple instruction.
