摘要
肝硬化案例病史长,涉及多个基础学科及临床学科,部分内容抽象难懂,积极探索行之有效的教学方式对于提高教学效果至关重要。PBL教学模式是以问题为中心的教学模式,联合多媒体病例教学法,可加深学生对多个学科知识的掌握,提高学生自主学习能力,调动学生学习及获取知识的兴趣,达到学以致用的目的,帮助学生更好掌握肝硬化的临床表现、并发症及其发生机制、诊断原则和治疗原则,同时为案例教学提供新的指导。
According to the characteristics of case teaching of hepatic cirrhosis,the content involves knowledge of many basic and clinical disciplines,it is abstract and difficult to understand. To explore an effective method of hepatic cirrhosis is essential to improve the teaching results.PBL combined with Multime-aided case can enhance the abilitiy of students to master kinds of discipline knowledge,improve students' autonomous learning ability and learning interests,and learn to meet practical needs,and help students better understand the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment principle of hepatic cirrhosis. These teaching methods also provide new ideas and guidance for case teaching.
