浅析高校学生评教急需解决的几个问题

随着我国高校教育教学改革的深入,在走以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展道路上,学生评教作为评价教师教学质量的一种手段已被各高校所运用,发挥了一定的积极作用。但是,目前来看,学生评教应有的积极作用仍然没有得以充分发挥,且反映出了诸多问题。问题切不可漠视,学生评教更不能名存实亡。笔者认为,学生评教是高校发展的动力之一,要保护好、发展好。目前急需解决好高校学生评教的目标、指标体系、结果运用等主要问题,真正实现以评促教、以评促学、以评促管的目的。

With the deepening of the education teaching reformin universities,in quality improvement for the core of connotative development road,student evaluation of teaching as a means to evaluate the quality of the teacher’s teaching has been used by universities,played a positive role. But,for now,the student should have the positive role of still not be able to give full play to,and reflect many problems. Problem must not disregard,student can’t exist in name only. We think that,the student evaluation is one of the driving force for the development of the universities,to protect the good development. There’s an urgent need to solve the main problems which include a good goal of student appraisal of teaching in universities,the index system,the result using and so on,such as real promote teaching,studying and management through evaluation.
