摘要
以34个海棠(Malus spp.)品种为试材,从中选取叶片色彩跨度较大的5个品种(冬红M.‘Winter Red’、阿迪荣M.‘Addirondack’、亚当M.‘Adams’、鲁道夫M.‘Rudolph’和完美紫M.‘Perfect Purple’),用光谱法与溶液法对叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青素3种叶片色素相对含量及绝对含量进行测定、耦合,通过耦合函数计算其余29个海棠品种叶片色素的绝对含量。结果表明,3种色素绝对含量与相对含量拟合的相关系数分别为R^2=0.987 5(叶绿素)、R^2=0.999 4(类胡萝卜素)、R^2=0.990 5(花青素),方程拟合度较好;在海棠的不同叶位中,各品种上位叶的叶绿素含量比中、下位叶低,上中位叶类胡萝卜素和花青素比下位叶高。
Five cultivars of Malus spp. (namely ‘Winter Red’, ‘Addirondack’, ‘Adams’, ‘Rudolph’ and ‘Perfect Purple’) with different colorin leaf were selected from a total of 34 cultivars for measuring their pigment content at upper, middle and lower leaf position by spectral reflectanceand solution method. Absolute and relative contents of chlorophyll, carotenoids and anthocyanins of determined cultivars were coupled function tocalculate absolute pigment content in leaves of the left 29 cultivars. The result demonstrated that correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9875 forchlorophyll, 0.9994 for carotenoids and 0.9905 for anthocyanins. Chlorophyll content in leaves at upper position was lower than that at middle andlower position, but carotenoids and anthocyanins content was the opposite.
