摘要
介绍了新型柔性石墨复合接地材料的组成及降阻原理,利用冲击及工频电流实验平台,在不同电流大小情况下分别对不同直径、不同长度、不同材料组成的接地体进行冲击和工频电流耐受实验。观察耐受前和耐受后各柔性石墨复合接地材料直流电阻的变化情况,实验数据分析表明,施加不同冲击及耐受电流时,相同长度以及材料组成相同的柔性石墨复合接地体,其直径大小对电阻的变化影响较大,随着柔性石墨复合接地体直径的增加,其电阻的变化特性逐渐趋于稳定,且柔性石墨复合接地材料的稳定性均强于圆钢以及固体石墨的稳定性。
Introduction was made to a new type of flexible graphite composite grounding material composition and the resistance reductionprinciple. The experimental platform of impact and power frequency current was used to carry out impact and power frequency current toleranceexperiments for different diameters, different lengths and different material composition grounding bodies respectively under the conditions ofdifferent current sizes. Observation was made to direct current resistance changes of the flexible graphite composite grounding material beforeand after the tolerance. The experimental data shows that when the different impact and current tolerance exerted, the diameter sizes of the samelength and the flexible graphite composite grounding body composed of the same material had bigger impacts on the resistance changes. Withthe increase of flexible graphite composite grounding diameter, the change characteristics of the resistance gradually stabilize and the stability offlexible graphite composite grounding material is stronger than that of round steel and solid graphite.
