补中益气汤治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treatment of pulmonary Spleen Qi deficiency in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Buzhong Yiqi Decoction

目的:探讨补中益气汤治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效。方法:从2013年12月—2015年12月广州中医药大学附属中山市中医院呼吸专科门诊和住院部收治的60例肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,随机选取30例设为治疗组,采用中药+茶碱缓释胶囊治疗治疗,将另外30例患者设为对照组,采用茶碱缓释胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗后PaCO_2水平与对照组相比明显较低,PaO_2水平与对照组相比明显较高,P<0.05。治疗组患者疗后FVC、FEV1、FVC/FEV1与对照组相比明显较高,P<0.05。治疗组患者疗后6 min步行试验距离与对照组相比明显较长,P<0.05。结论:补中益气汤能有效改善患者血气状况及肺功能状况,可在肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中推广运用。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on patients with lung and spleen deficiencytype chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method: Guangzhou Chinese medicine university attached to Zhongshan Chinese medicinehospital treated 60 cases of lung spleen deficiency of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients as research subjects from December2013 to December 2015 by dividing them randomly into Control Group and Treatment Group with 30 cases in each group. The treatmentgroup was treated using the traditional Chinese medicine combined with theophylline therapy treatment, while the control group wastreated using theophylline therapy treatment. After the treatment the results between the two groups were compared. Result: The PaCO2level in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically important (P<0.05). TheFVC, FEV1, FVC/FEV1 score were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group, P<0.05. The 6min walk experiment distance was significantly longer in the treatment group than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Buzhongyiqitang treatmentcan effectively improve the patient courage vigor condition and lung function condition, so it must be promoted for treating patients withlung spleen deficiency with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
