肾阳虚型围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的中医疗效观察

Curative effect observation of TCM treatment in treating yang deficiency perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:探究肾阳虚型围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的中医治疗方法及效果。方法:选取绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者90例,随机分为:对照组(45例)采用常规的西医治疗方法,观察组(45例)在对照组治疗基础上采用中医治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果及相关指标进行对比分析。结果:在治疗总有效率及主要症状评分方面,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对于肾阳虚型围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血采用中医治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To study the method and effect of TCM treatment in treating kidney yang deficiency perimenopausaldysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: A total of 90 cases of patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected andrandomly divided into two groups: the control group (45 cases) received conventional western medicine treatment while the observationgroup (45 cases) received TCM treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the curative effect and the related indicators oftwo groups of patients were given comparative analysis. Results: The observation group was significantly better than that of the controlgroup in the total effective rate and the main symptom scores(P<0.05),the difference was of statistical significance. Conclusion: TCMtreatment had significant effect in treating kidney yang deficiency perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and it was worthy ofclinical application.
