摘要
目的:探讨海藻硫酸多糖的分离纯化及其抗肿瘤作用。方法:选取鼠龄、质量大致相同的昆明种雄性小鼠60只,随机分为5组,正常对照组、阳性对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组12只。低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组分别注射浓度为25 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg的海藻硫酸多糖,氟脲嘧啶20 mg/kg注射阳性对照组,正常对照组采用生理盐水溶液注射,比较各组小鼠的抑瘤率。结果:低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和阳性对照组小鼠的抑瘤率分别为5.0%、22.3%、27.9%和50.3%,阳性对照组的抑瘤率明显高于其他三组,高剂量组的抑瘤率明显高于低剂量组和中剂量组,中剂量组的抑瘤率明显高于低剂量组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:海藻硫酸多糖具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To explore the separation and purification of algae sulfated polysaccharide and its anti-tumor effect. Methods:60 Kunming male mice of similar age and quality were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups: the normal control group, the positivecontrol group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, with 12 rats in each group. Low-dose group, middle dose group andhigh dose group were injected at a concentration of 25mg / kg, 50mg / kg, 100mg / kg of seaweed sulfated polysaccharide respectively, thepositive control group was given fluorouracil 20 mg / kg injection while the normal control group was injected with saline solution,inhibitory rate of each group of mice was compared. Results: The inhibition rate of low-dose group, middle dose group, high dose groupand the positive control group was 5.01%, 22.3%, 27.9% and 50.3% respectively, the inhibition rate of the positive control group wassignificantly higher than that of the other three groups, the inhibition rate of high-dose group was significantly higher than that of the lowdose group and middle dose group, the inhibition rate of middle dose was significantly higher than the low-dose group, the differencebetween the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Seaweed sulfated polysaccharides had significant anti-tumor effect.
