通阳法在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中应用研究

Application research of Tong Yang method in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的:研究分析通阳法在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中应用效果。方法:选择2014年1月—2015年1月在我院进行治疗的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组应用通阳法治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为92.5%(37例)、复发率为15.0%,对照组治疗的总有效率为62.5%,复发率为37.5%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者临床治疗时采用通阳法疗效显著,具有临床推广的应用价值。

Objective: To study the effect of Tong Yang method in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods: 80 cases of ulcercolitis patients, treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomLy divided intothe observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group, the control group was treated by western medicine while theobservation group received the application of Tong Yang treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results: The totaleffective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, the recurrence rate was 15.0%, the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5%,the recurrence rate was 37.5%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tong Yang method had significanteffect in the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis and it had the value of clinical application.
