慢性鼻窦炎术后行鼻窦灌方冲洗的临床疗效探析

Clinical effect of irrigation of nasal sinuses after surgery of chronic sinusitis

目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎术后行鼻窦灌方冲洗的治疗效果。方法:将2014年1月—2014年11月来我院诊治的88例慢性鼻窦炎患者均分为两组,对照组给以鼻窦炎手术治疗,实验组行鼻窦炎手术后给以鼻窦灌方冲洗,对比分析治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治愈28例,有效13例,治疗总有效率为93.2%,显著优于对照组的72.7%(治愈19例,有效13例);实验组术后无复发,对照组术后复发5例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻腔清理术后给以鼻窦灌方冲洗,患者的治疗总有效率高,术后不易复发,值得推广运用。

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of irrigation of nasal sinuses after surgery of chronic sinusitis. Methods:88 patients with chronic sinusitis, admitted to our hospital from January to November 2014, were randomized into two groups, the controlgroup was given sinus surgery while the experimental group received irrigation of nasal sinuses after surgery of chronic sinusitis, and thetherapeutic effect was compared and analyzed. Results: Out of the experimental group patients, 28 cases were cured, 13 cases wereeffective, the effective rate was 93.2%, which was significantly better than that of the control group, 72.7% (19 cases were cured, 13 caseswere effective); there was no recurrence after surgery in the experimental group while there was 5 cases of postoperative recurrence in thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Irrigation of nasal sinuses had high effective rate in treatingchronic sinusitis patients after sinusitis surgery and the postoperative recurrence rate was low, it was worthy of promotion and application.
