肛垫缝扎固定注射加外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床观察

Clinical observation of anal cushion suture fixation injection combined with external hemorrhoids excision in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

目的:观察肛垫缝扎固定注射外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:随机将120例混合痔患者分为两组,治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组行肛垫缝扎固定注射外痔切除术,对照组行外痔剥离内痔结扎术(Milligan-Morgan,简称外剥内扎术),观察两组术后恢复情况及并发症。结果:两组治愈时间、水肿、继发性出血比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后残留皮赘比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后疼痛和排尿障碍比较则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用肛垫缝扎固定注射外痔切除术治疗混合痔疗效确切,患者愈合快,创伤小,出血少,具有较好的应用前景。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of anal cushion suture fixation injection combined with external hemorrhoidsresection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 120 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomLy divided into two groups,treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). Treatment group received anal cushion suture fixation injection and externalhemorrhoids resection, the control group was treated with external dissection and internal ligation (Milligan Morgan, referred to as thestripping internal ligation). The post treatment recovery and complications were observed in both groups. Results: Comparison of curetime, edema, secondary hemorrhage and postoperative residual skin tag between the two groups showed better results for treatment groupand the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) while, the postoperative pain and voiding dysfunction had no statistical significance(P>0.05) between the groups. Conclusion: The use of anal cushion suture fixation injection and external hemorrhoids resection surgery inthe treatment of mixed hemorrhoids not only have very good curative effect but also the healing time is fast with very little l trauma as wellas less bleeding. Therefore, anal cushion suture fixation injection combined with external hemorrhoids resection has a good prospect forclinical application.
