通脉止血方对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿红细胞免疫功能的影响

The influence of the Tongmai Zhixue prescription on erythrocyte immune function of children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura

目的:研究通脉止血方对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年1月在我院儿科接受治疗的40例免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿为研究对象,按随机数字法分为两组。对照组20例患儿接受泼尼松治疗,治疗组20例患儿接受通脉止血方联合泼尼松治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、血小板计数、红细胞免疫功能的变化。结果:治疗组治疗1、4、12周后患儿PLT水平较对照组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的CR1数量、肿瘤红细胞花环率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿应用通脉止血方,可显著提高治疗效果,改善红细胞免疫功能。

Objective: To investigate the effect of the Tongmai prescription on erythrocyte immune function of children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods: 40 cases in our hospital from July 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups by random number method. The control group of 20 cases received the implementation of prednisone therapy; 20 cases in the treatment group received Tongmai recipe plus Prednisone. The change of clinical efficacy, platelet counts, erythrocyte immune function in groups was compared. Results: In 1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, in the treatment group, PLT levels were significantly higher; the difference was significant (P<0.05); number of CR1,tumor erythrocyte rosette rate was significantly higher, P<0.05. The total efficiency in the treatment group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group; the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating immune thrombocytopenic purpura with the Tongmai recipe could effectively improve clinical efficacy and erythrocyte immune function.
