摘要
目的:研究推拿按摩与针灸联合疗法治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年2月-2015年2月来我院就诊的60例面瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予单纯推拿按摩疗法,观察组给予推拿按摩联合针灸治疗。治疗1个月后观察疗效。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后面神经功能评分均显著升高,观察组较对照组升高更为显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿按摩联合针灸疗法治疗面瘫效果显著,可显著改善患者面神经功能。
Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of massage plus acupuncture on facial paralysis. Methods: From February 2013 to February 2015, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was given massage simply; and the observation group was given acupuncture more. In 1 month, efficiency was observed. Results: The total efficiency was 96.67% in the observation group,higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, facial nerve function score in two groups were increased obviously,and that in the observation group was more (P<0.05). Conclusion: Massage plus acupuncture on facial paralysis shows a significant effect,could improve facial nerve function.
