化疗联合健脾补肺汤治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对患者毒副反应、生存质量的影响

Efficacy of chemotherapy plus the Jianpi Bufei decoction on NSCLC, toxicity and life quality

目的:探讨化疗联合健脾补肺汤用以治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效、毒副反应及其对生活质量的影响。方法:将126例NSCLC患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各63例。对照组予以吉西他滨+顺铂(GP方案)化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用健脾补肺治疗,对比两组的疗效、副反应以及生活质量。结果:观察组的ORR率为39.68%,与对照组的30.16%相比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的DCR率为82.54%,显著高于对照组的68.25%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的KPS显著高于对照组,生存质量改善率为71.43%,显著高于对照组的38.10%(P<0.05);观察组的TTP时间及MST时间均较对照组显著延长(P<0.05);观察组的1年生存率为57.14%,显著高于对照组的39.68%(P<0.05);观察组的白细胞减少、血小板减少及肾功能损害发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化疗联合健脾补肺汤治疗NSCLC能够改善近期疗效,延长生存期并减少化疗副反应,改善患者的生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective: To investigate efficacy of chemotherapy plus the Jianpi Bufei decoction on NSCLC, toxicity and life quality.Methods: 126 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 63 cases in each. The control group received gemcitabine plus cisplatin (GP scheme) chemotherapy, and the observation group received the Jianpi Bufei decoction more. Results:The ORR rate was 39.68% in the observation group , and 30.16% in the control group (P>0.05); the DCR rate in the observation group was 82.54%, significantly higher than 68.25% in the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the KPS score in observation group was significantly higher; improvement of life quality was 71.43%, significantly higher than 38.10% in the control group (P<0.05); the TTP time and MST time in observation group were significantly longer (P<0.05); 1-year survival rate in the observation group was 57.14%,significantly higher than 39.68% in the control group (P<0.05); the leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and renal dysfunction rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chemotherapy plus the Jianpi Bufei decoction on advanced NSCLC can improve short-term effects, prolong survival time, reduce side effects from chemotherapy, improve the life quality, and should be widely applied.
